Antiflagellin activity of commercially available LasB. Flagellin degradation by LasB was directly monitored over time (15, 30, and 60 min of coincubation) by the use of an antiflagellin antibody visualized by Western blotting (A) and indirectly by measuring the IL-8 response of A549-Gluc cells pretreated with flagellin (B).
