A. The protein levels of β-catenin in the PLKO.1 vector/PLKO.1-TNF-α silencing transfected cells under B[a]P exposure were examined by Western blotting. B. The mRNA levels of TNF-α in BEAS-2B cells after XAV939 (1 μM) treatment for 24 h by RT-PCR assay. C. BEAS-2B cells were treated with 8 μM B[a]P for 48 h. The cellular lysates were fractionated and the protein expression levels of E-Cadherin were examined by Western blotting.
