A. and B. Cell migration and invasion assay in HCT116 and HeLa cells. Cells transfected with FLAG-M or FLAG-TSET were loaded into Transwell inserts and invasion chambers, respectively. Migrated and invasive cells were fixed with methanol and stained with crystal violet. C. and D. Wound healing assay in HCT116 and HeLa cells. After transfection with FLAG-M or FLAG-TSET for 24 h, wound closure was monitored with a light microscope at 0 h, 24 h, and 48 h after wound formation.
