The intra-operative 3D seed coordinates computed from X-ray images were compared to the 3D seed coordinates obtained from (i) intra-operative markings in TRUS as the seeds were dropped; and (ii) post-operative segmentation from CT. Additional seeds were added for each patient to close any detected cold spots.
