AFN-1252 sensitivity of N. gonorrhoeae and N. meningitidis
The susceptibilities of N. gonorrhoeae and N. meningitidis to AFN-1252 were determined in GW medium supplemented with either 10 mg/ml BSA, 10 mg/ml BSA containing 50 μm 16:0 plus 50 μm 16:1Δ9 fatty acid supplement (FA), or 1 μm lipoate supplement. MICs were determined as described under “Experimental Procedures.”
