EMT features were observed in the BioF stretched skin of mice. A. Normal and BioF stretched skin of mice were stained by routine hematoxylin-eosin and immunofluorescence staining for keratin5, vimentin (green), FSP1 (red), Ki67 (red), E-cadherin (green) and P63 (red). The differences were indicated by white arrowheads. Primary antibodies were visualized using secondary antibodies conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 or 555 nm. Nucleus (blue) was stained with DAPI.
