Effects of NCTD on indexes of Interstitial Fibrosis and EMT in PP2Ac-overexpressed HK-2 Cells. A. Real time RT-PCR showed that a further increase of PP2Ac expression, caused by incubation with TGF-β1 after transfection of pEGFP-N1-PP2Ac, led to an increase of ECM and EMT markers.
