The presented results are mean values from 3 independent experiments (biological samples), with error bars indicating SD. Statistically significant differences (p < 0.05 in t-test) between wild-type and Δexo-xis phages were found at times 270, 300, and 360 min of experiments with hydrogen peroxide and at 270, 300, 330, and 360 min of experiments with UV for λ and at times 120, 240, 270, 300, 330, and 360 min of experiments with hydrogen peroxide and at 270, 300, 330, and 360 min of experiments with UV for Φ24_B.
