Notes: Each IC₅₀ value (given in μg/mL) is the mean ± SEM of at least three experiments performed. The cells were incubated in the presence of different concentrations of BCc1 for 24 hours or 48 hours at 37°C. After this incubation period, cellular proliferation was determined by the MTT assay.
