Lxn and CD133 protein expression in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and the adjacent non-cancerous tissues. Lxn protein was highly expressed or was diffusely positive in the cytoplasm and membrane of pancreatic cells from the adjacent non-cancerous pancreatic tissues (A). Low Lxn protein expression was observed in the PDAC tissues (B). CD133 protein was highly expressed or was diffusely positive in the cytoplasm and membrane of the PDAC cells (C).
