Asterisks indicate significant differences between DRMs and whole cell extracts in a Students t-test. * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01 and *** P < 0.001. Red indicates a significant depletion of a lipid component in the DRM when compared to the relative amount detected in whole cells, green indicates a significant accumulation of a lipid component in the DRM when compared to whole cells (for colors P < 0.05)
