Hierarchical clustering identifies MDS phenoclusters. Hierarchical clustering of MDSs using the LS feature set. Phenotypic clusters were manually sorted by the overall polarity of their MDSs. Representative images of major phenotype classes comprising multiple clusters were identified by a mathematical model described in Materials and methods section Identification of phenocluster representative cells. These representative images do not take into account any dynamic feature.
