Phylogenetic tree showing the position of M. fulvus 124B02 within the Cystobacterineae. The tree was inferred from 1,445 aligned bases [35, 36] of the 16S rRNA gene sequence under the maximum likelihood criterion [37] and rooted with Nannocystis excedens.
