Immunodominant HLA-DR15 restricted T cell epitopes. HLA-DR15 transgenics were immunized with each of the immunodominant peptides separately (A–I), and draining lymph node cells were cultured in an IFNγ specific ELISpot plate with the immunizing and flanking peptides or LF protein for 72 h. Results are given as the number of spots above background (ΔSFC)/106 PBMCs with mean ± SD (n = 4–5 mice for each column).
