Fig 5 — Curves 1, 2, and 3 correspond to plasma separated with our plasma separator. Curves 4, 5, 6, and 7 show Sm1-7 amplification from crude serum separated from clotted whole blood without centrifugation. All samples were obtained from mice at 7 weeks post infection.
