Western blot analysis of dpMPK-1 and MPK-1 in mutants. Representative Western blots of dpMPK-1 (phosphorylated active MPK-1) and total MPK-1 (total MPK-1 regardless of phosphorylation) as well as loading control tubulin. Quantification is normalized to the amount of tubulin (n = 7 for all quantifications). All images and quantification for different antibodies were performed on the same blot stripped and reprobed.
