Neutralization of wild-type henipavirus strains. The neutralization of henipaviruses by monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) m102.4 (A), nAH1.3 (B), 213 (C), and hAH1.3 (D) was determined by a plaque reduction neutralization assay. Two Nipah virus (NiV) strains (Malaysia [NiV-M] and Bangladesh [NiV-B]) and 1 Hendra virus (HeV) strain were used. Neutralization was performed in triplicate and error bars represent the standard deviation.
