(A) BMSCs were were cultured in differentiation medium with the various concentrations of DHA for 7 days and the Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) staining showed no significant difference between control and DHA treated groups. (B) BMSCs were cultured in differentiation medium with various concentrations of DHA for 21 days and Alizarin Red Staining demonstrated no significant difference between control and DHA treated group.
