B, immunoprecipitation of GFP-tagged human ATG8 proteins co-expressed with Myc-FYCO1 or Myc-FYCO1 LIR point mutant (LIRmut) in human HEK293 cells. Myc-tagged full-length FYCO1 was immunoprecipitated (IP) with Myc antibodies.
