Transcriptional analysis of the ahpCF operon. Samples of total RNA were prepared from wild-type (lanes 1 and 3) and hypR mutant (lanes 2 and 4) cells in the exponential growth phase (lanes 1 and 2) and after treatment with 2.4 mM H₂O₂ (lanes 3 and 4).
