Cloning of LdRab1 from L. donovani. A, a 603-bp fragment (lane 2) was amplified from L. donovani cDNA by PCR using appropriate forward and reverse primers as described under “Experimental Procedures.” Lane 1, low range DNA ladder. The sequence of LdRab1 has been submitted to the GenBank^TM database under accession number KT003639.
