The GR-binding affinity to GRE2 at Agtr1a promoter (A) and GRE4 at Agtr2 promoter (B) was determined in a competition EMSA performed in pooled nuclear extracts from LVs (n = 5 in each group) with increasing ratios of unlabeled to labeled oligonucleotides encompassing GRE2 at Agtr1a promoter or GRE4 at Agtr2 promoter.
