A method to determine relative molar ratios of two proteins. To facilitate quantitative measurement of relative molar ratio of two proteins, A and B, an A-B dimer construct is generated and expressed in cells. The lysate from these cells and samples of interest are loaded onto gels, and blotted for A and B separately.
