Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) for real-time PCR (qPCR) and both digital PCR (dPCR) platforms according to the reaction volume analysis. Only the interexperiment variability (repeatability) was taken into account. The LOD was calculated with Probit software.
