The null mice have black coat hair stuck in the gingival crevice, which relates to the hair phenotype. B: Going clockwise from upper left: lateral, medial, lingual, labial views of the mandibular incisor. C: Occlusal, lingual, and buccal views of the mandibular incisors. All phenotypes show normal crown morphology, smooth, lusterous enamel without evidence of attrition.
