(A) Cytosolic and nuclear fractions from cell lysates of hTCEpi-TR-ALDH3A1wt and hTCEpi-TR-ALDH3A1mu cells treated with vehicle (-TET) or tetracycline (1μg/ml) (+TET) were immunoblotted for p53, ALDH3A1, GAPDH or PARP1 expression. (B) Relative levels of ALDH3A1 (upper panels) and p53 (lower panels) expression by densitometry analysis of immunoblots.
