50 μg/mL IgM purified from alum-only vaccinated mouse serum was incubated with varying concentrations of Tc24 (2.6, 5.2, 10.4, and 20.8 μM) for 19 hours at 37°C with shaking and then subjected to sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis using 15% Tris-Gly gels. Percent cleavage calculated using ImageJ. Apparent k_cat and K_M values were calculated by fitting data to the Michaelis–Menten equation.
