Decidual Tim-3+ NK cells display a Th2 shift with low cytotoxicity. After treatment of the purified dNK cells with PMA, ionomycin and BFA for 4 h, cells were harvested and subjected to FCM analysis. The relative amount of Th2-type cytokines (a and b), Th1-type cytokines (c, d) and perforin (e, f) in gated CD3−CD56+ dNK cells, Tim-3+CD3−CD56+ dNK cells and Tim-3−CD3−CD56+ dNK cells, respectively, are shown.
