The correlations between VSTM1-v2 mRNA expression level and RA disease characteristics were determined by using Spearman test. The correlations between VSTM1-v2 expression level and 28-joints disease activity score (DAS28) (Fig 3A), C-reactive protein (CRP) (Fig 3B), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) (Fig 3C) were presented.
