The correlations between VSTM1-v2 mRNA expression level and RA disease characteristics were determined by using Spearman test. The correlations between VSTM1-v2 expression level and rheumatoid factor (RF) (Fig 4A), anti-cyclic citrullinated protein antibodies (anti-CCP) (Fig 4B) and antinuclear antibodies (ANA) (Fig 4C) were presented.
