Comet Assay. Inhibition of DSB repair by anti-A3G peptides in H9 cells. Cells were irradiated (4 Gy) or mock-irradiated (No-IR) and stained with Ethidium Bromide. (A) H9 and SupT1 cells before, 10h and 24h post-irradiation. (B) H9 and SupT1 cells in the presence of indicated peptides without radiation. (C) H9 cells were incubated for 2 hours with or without the indicated peptides, irradiated (4 Gy) and stained after 24 hours.
