FBS+ or FBS− BM-DC cytokine production. On day 5, 5×105 isolated CD11c+ BM-DC was incubated in FBS+ media or FBS− media and supernatants were collected after 24 hours. Cytokines were measured with a multiplex cytokine immunoassay. A. TGFβ1 B. IL-12p70 and IL-12p40. C. On day 7, FBS+ and FBS− BM-DC cultures were assessed for production of IL-12 and IL-6 by intracellular flow cytometry.
