Notes: LNCaP and DU145 cells were transfected with the indicated dsRNAs at 50 nM for 72 hours. (A) Expression of Cyclin D1–CDK4/6 mRNA in both PCa cell lines was analyzed by real-time PCR. GAPDH served as a loading control. *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 compared with the dsP53-285 group.
