For the in vitro prenylation reactions testing the same Rab target, a mixture including reaction buffer, AtREP, Rab, and 3H-GGPP was prepared before adding different RGTA-RGTB heterodimers to each aliquot. The results are not quantitative. Exposure time for autoradiography was 24 h.
