Lck‐specific cytotoxicity of peptide‐stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). PBMC from the three HLA‐A2⁺ cancer patients were stimulated vitro with each of the Lck_33–47, Lck_374–388 and Lck_487–501 peptides followed by testing of their cytotoxicity against HLA‐A2⁺ Lck⁺ SW620, HLA‐A2⁺ Lck⁻ LNCaP, and HLA‐A2⁻ Lck⁺ SQ‐1 cells by a 6‐h ⁵¹Cr release assay at the 15:1, 10:1 and 5:1 of effector to target cell ratios, respectively. Representative results at the 10:1 ratio are shown in the figure. *P < 0.05 (statistically significant).
