(C) The average number of colonies is shown for the indicated concentrations of MMS for wildtype, Δmus-30, Δwdr-76, and Δmus-30; Δwdr76 double mutants. For each concentration, % survival is shown relative to no MMS control. At least two isolates of each genotype were analyzed. Error bars show the standard deviation.
