Binding of sC4 peptide to NN-T20-NITN. B. The plots of the changes in NN-T20-NITN chemical shifts for the four residues which showed the largest chemical shift deviations upon binding ( A667, N671 or N674, N674 or N671, F673). U-15N labeled NN-T20-NITN was at a concentration of 40 µM at 298 K, 20 mM D11-Tris-HCl pH 7.6, 50 mM NaCl.
