GM-CSF augmented IgG1 production, but not IgG2c nor IFN-γ production. hMR-Tg mice were injected twice i.p. with 1 µg of B11-hCGβ on days 3 and 17, and also received 2 µg of GM-CSF or saline on days 1–4 and 15–18.
