TLR agonists promoted the accumulation of B11-hCGβ-containing cells in the T-cell area of draining lymph nodes. hMR-Tg mice were injected s.c. at the tail base with 10 µg of B11-hCGβ±GM-CSF, poly-ICLC and CpG as indicated at the same doses as in Figure 2. Inguinal lymph nodes were collected 24 h later. Cryopreserved sections were stained with (a) anti-CD3ε-Texas red or anti-B220-Texas red; (b) rabbit anti-hCGβ and followed with EnVision kit and hematoxylin counterstains.
