The regulatory network is composed of receptor tyrosine kinases, including EGFR, VEGFR, FGFR, and PDGFR kinases, and non-receptor tyrosine kinases, such as Src, c-Abl, and RhoA kinases, which stimulate the activation of HSCs and intrahepatic angiogenesis.
