Normal group, saline + water; control group, bleomycin + water; prednisone group, bleomycin + prednisone at a dose of 5 mg/kg once per day. Groups 1–5, 1–10 and 1–20, bleomycin + 4-methoxyphenethylamine hydrochloride (amine hydrochloride 1) at doses of 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg once per da, respectively. Data are expressed as the means ± SD, n=6 animals per group.
