Sampling sites (n=239) were spread among six forested ecoregions located in Oregon and northern California. The sampling sites covered much of the climate space encounter across the forested parts of the ecoregions. Only climate spaces occupying at least 150 km² are shown in the figure. Climate data were from PRISM and were averaged from 1984 to 2013.
