Fig. 8. — Plasma membrane localization of coexpressed MD-SLC4A11 and CD-SLC4A11. HEK-293 cells were transfected with cDNA encoding HA epitope-tagged 307-MD-SLC4A11 and Myc epitope-tagged CD-SLC4A11. A: transfected cells were labeled with membrane-impermeant sulfo-NHS-SS-biotin. Cell lysates were divided into two equal fractions, and one was incubated with streptavidin-Sepharose resin to remove biotinylated proteins.
