(A) M2 cells were serum starved overnight, preincubated with 5 μM Bay 11-7082 (Bay) or 5 μM Go6983, and stimulated with S1P (100 nM) for the indicated times. (B) M2 cells were serum starved overnight and stimulated with PMA (100 nM) for the indicated times. Cell lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies. Blots were stripped and reprobed with p65 (A) or tubulin (B) to ensure equal loading and transfer. Blots are representative of results from three (A) and two (B) independent experiments. Numbers indicate relative protein levels determined by densitometry.
