mLANA interacts with Hsc70. (A) GST and mLANA-GST were purified from bacterial lysates and incubated with lysates from 293T cells transfected with plasmids encoding Hsc70-FLAG or mLANA-FLAG. Complexes were captured and resolved by SDS-PAGE. Immunoblot analyses were performed to detect FLAG- and GST-tagged proteins. (B) 293T cells were cotransfected with plasmids encoding Hsc70-FLAG and either GFP or mLANA-GFP. Cells were lysed at 48 h posttransfection, and GFP or mLANA-GFP complexes were immunoprecipitated from cell lysates. Immunoblot analyses were performed to detect the indicated proteins.
