Fig. 1 — Test line configuration for HRPII based RDTs used in our assessments and their interpretation. Line configurations differed slightly depending on target antigen. In this study target antigens for RDTs included Plasmodium LDH, HRP2 and aldolase. Invalid test cassettes were noted and replaced during the assessments.
