Dark field images show NLS/RGD-AgNPs are highly localized at the nucleus while RGD and PEG conjugated AgNPs are dispersed throughout the cytoplasm. Scale bar: 10 µm. (B) The relative percent uptake of the conjguated AgNPs incubated in cancer (grey) and healthy (yellow) cells for 24 hours. Cancer cells show a higher relative uptake of conjugated AgNPs when compared to healthy cells. All values were normalized to the number of cells present in the sample. Asterisks (*) indicate a p value < 0.05.
