Cofocal images of DNA damage in cancer cells resulting from incubation with NLS/RGD-AgNPs. The cells’ nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue) and DNA double strand breaks (DSBs) were stained with FITC (green). No DNA damage was seen in untreated cancer cells (A).
