The scheme was created from the N-terminally truncated version of the human TDP1 protein structure (RCSB Protein Data Bank, Residues 149–608, pdb=1jy1 [28]), the reconstructed N-terminal domain of the human TDP1 as unstructured region and the structure of the human PARP1 (domains Zn1, Zn3, WGR–CAT, RCSB Protein Data Bank, pdb=4dqy [29]).
