Out of 18000 subjects studied, 1043 women tested positive for anti- hepatitis C virus (HCV) during screening; only 640 out of these 1043 agreed to undergo nucleic acid testing of which 510 tested positive for HCV-RNA. KPK: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; FATA: Federally Administered Tribal Areas.
